KETA provides contract and document review services only.
Our services may include:
- Reviewing uploaded documents
- Highlighting potential risks
- Providing written comments and suggestions
KETA does not:
- Draft contracts from scratch
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Provide legal representation
- Appear in court or proceedings
3. No Attorney–Client Relationship
Use of KETA does not create an attorney-client relationship unless expressly stated in writing.
All feedback is provided for informational purposes only.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Upload documents they have the legal right to share
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
KETA is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.
5. Payments & Fees
- Services require full upfront payment before review begins.
- Fees are based on document length, complexity, and turnaround time.
- All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
6. Turnaround Times
- Standard reviews are completed within 2–4 business days.
- Expedited reviews are completed within 24 hours.
Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by document complexity or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Revisions & Clarifications
KETA may, at its discretion:
- Provide limited clarifications on comments provided
- Decline excessive. follow-up requests outside scope.
8. Refund Policy
- Initial payments are non-refundable once review has begun.
- Refunds may be considered only if KETA fails to deliver the service as agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
KETA is not liable for:
- Decisions made based on reviewed documents.
- Financial losses resulting from contract execution.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Termination
KETA reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Violation of these terms
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws as determined by KETA’s principal place of business.
